This is why we offer a one month satisfaction policy on all your purchases made with us. In the case of a used product, but which does not suit you, you have 30 days to return it to us. In the case of a product of greater value than the initial product, you will have to pay the difference. In the case of a product of lower value than the initial product, the difference will be issued as store credit. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement product for you, you will be given the option of store credit. No refunds will be given for a used product.
