Our hydration sports drink mix was created with one simple purpose: to replace electrolytes lost in sweat and provide some energy during training, without offending your palate or gut.
We originally created this drink because some of the best athletes in the world needed better. Conventional sports drinks made them sick. They were undrinkable - too sweet, too flavored and didn't even replace what was lost in sweat - which defeats the purpose of fighting thirst with more thirst.
Top athletes needed something to safely hydrate, something to quench their thirst, and something to help them perform better. So with their help, we've reinvented sports drinks, stripping down what was once a neon-colored carnival. In the process, we've learned that simplicity isn't just better for elite athletes, it's better for anyone who works hard and sweats.
The result is a sports drink with minimal sugar (4g per 100ml) and a sugar ratio (glucose + fructose) optimized for faster absorption, an electrolyte profile that actually matches what is lost in sweat ( 800mg sodium, 80mg potassium, 100mg calcium and 80mg magnesium per litre), and only real fruit for flavor for a light, refreshing taste you can drink all day.
